The team at Emergency Veterinary Hospital in Eugene was wonderful. They provided an accurate diagnosis for my kitty and informed me what I needed to do to make him feel better. Dr. Rinaldi was so kind and very educated on my pets diagnosis. He explained everything incredibly well. The Front Office was also very friendly and informative upon phone call intake. I felt confidence in this clinic to trust them with my pets health from the very beginning without ever have been here before. Not to mention, pricing is very affordable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who may be having a pet emergency. Extra kudos to graveyard shift! Thank you.

5 Star Review By Laura Chynoweth

My poor older (14+yrs) cat collapsed, couldn't walk, eat or even meow. This happened very quickly (overnight) and unfortunately for me on a Sunday morning. I live in Bandon and all the vets on the coast don't have emergency weekend office hours. I couldn't stand to see her suffer so I drove the 2.5 hrs to Springfield and asked them to put her to sleep for me. Everyone I dealt with was compassionate, professional and kind. They put her paw prints on cards for me to remember her by and sent a sympathy card. Thanks for caring for her in her final moments ❤.
