I was unsure about switching to Allstate. But I have never been happier. Our rates have stayed consistent and everyone in the office is amazing! I am having an issue with our house and I contacted them today about my renter's policy. Jillian (unsure on spelling) went above and beyond to assist me. When we hung up from our initial call she got busy digging for any info to help me and my family. She called me back and was patient with me while I handled business that I needed to finish, and then she gave me all the information she had gathered. 10/10 recommend
