I contacted Matt to repair a broken refrigerator. Through pictures that I texted him he was able to diagnose the issue without coming out to my house, and basically and basically saved me the cost of a service call. Very ethical and wouldn’t hesitate to use the next time the need arises.
Great experience working with Matt! My husband and I are new, first time homeowners and suddenly our fridge stopped cooling last week. After calling a local repair company that was referred to us and having them not be able to see us just for the diagnostic for several days (understandable, but tricky living without a fridge in the meantime!) we sought another company that might be able to get us in sooner to figure out the problem. Upon a quick google search, we found Earth Appliance and reached out. Matt happened to be in the area and was able to swing by and diagnose the issue. Within minutes, he confirmed the problem and coordinated with my husband a time to come back and replace the malfunctioning part. Upon our repair appointment today, Matt let me know before he’d be here (and was respectful to the fact that our toddler was napping and didn’t knock and upset our bark-happy dog!) and once he got in behind the fridge he had the part replaced in minutes! We are also very pleased with the cost of the service, we were worried that having a big appliance go out would be incredibly costly and it was a huge relief that Matt was able to get us back in working order without completely breaking the bank.
