Downtown Auto Detailing and Repair

I recently had to take my car to Downtown Auto due to someone swiping my front bumper in a parking lot and me not noticing until a few days later. I called Jaime to see when I could bring my car in to get her fixed up again. I brought my car to Jaime since he had already done a phenomenal job on my daughter's car a few months prior when she got into an accident. Suffice to say he did not disappoint. He worked with my schedule and was able to get me my car back in a timely manner. Not only did he work with my schedule, but the color match was completely on point. It looks amazing, you absolutely cannot tell anything happened to the bumper. After seeing what he has done with my daughter's car ( which was a bigger job), and now seeing the results with my car, I absolutely would recommend this shop for anyone looking for auto repair.

Absolutely incredible car shop. The best one I’ve been to across southern to Northern California. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I usually get my car detailed here (and ceramic coating). They’ve always done a solid job on my Mercedes - I have three. The most recent time I went here was for something quite different - someone keyed my car across two doors…. I got different quotes around the area and Jaime got me the quickest completion time and best price. After the job was done, my car had no more key marks and looked better than when it arrived at the shop! I was absolutely speechless! He even went around the car fixing scratches and paint chips here and there complimentary ?!!! This place is seriously the best. If you’re ever worried about expensive car repairs and details, downtown auto will deliver the best prices and best job. I’ve done the research and these guys offer the most solid price and always do a solid job. Thanks Jaime you da man!!!

Let me start by saying I don’t care much about my car, I have no idea what a clay bar is, and I was very skeptical about spending this chunk of money on a car wash. But I should’ve known what I was in for when the gentleman with the ponytail, a man of few words but likely filled with expert knowledge on car detailing unknown to other men, brought out a toothbrush and heavy-duty vacuum before I even dropped my keys off at the front desk. I am BEYOND satisfied with the service here and it was worth every cent. I have a dog that sheds heavily, and there was not a single hair in the car when I picked it up, which made me wonder: do I even have a dog? I can see my reflection in my car, and I swear I almost caught a glimpse into my future because it was so shiny and bright. There is no dust in the crevices around the window buttons. I could go on, but please, check this place out for yourself. Invest a little in your car. Your car and your future self will thank you. Can’t recommend it enough. Sincerely, The girl who drove her very clean car home with a smile on her face
