Experience couldn't have gone any smoother! I was a first time home buyer looking for a place within the Portland market. From start to finish, I felt like I had to do little on my own. He asked good initial questions about what I was looking for in a home to not only provide some direction for myself, but also narrow the search from what was available on the market at the time.
Due to that process, we were able to find the house I wanted to place an offer on within the first day of actually going out and looking at homes.
In regards to the negotiations, this is where I feel Tim really went the extra mile. I felt we got the best deal we could have gotten. There were a lot of components to the negotiations that Tim educated me on and easily explained where we could push the deal in our favor.
From the initial meeting to keys in hand was roughly a 45 day process. I didn't feel any sense of buyers remorse and am truly thankful for this place I get to now call home.
