We used Lisa Hollander, DogGone Proud, for our 8 mo old Shih Tzu, Tucker, and our 6 mo old Chihuahua, Coco Chanel. We first contacted Lisa for some issues related to obedience and potty training and were beyond impressed. From the moment we first contacted Lisa on the phone she was incredibly personable and professional. She offered us information at that time and offered us in home training. Lisa gave us the opportunity to have two in home sessions and if after that we would want the full course, she would honor the rates for the full course. After the first session we signed up for the full course. Lisa has such a knowledge and understanding of dogs. She was able to help us with all of our concerns. Each session in the course built on the next and before we knew it, information we had covered during the first session had come full circle to the last. She had reasonable expectations of us, so each week we would work diligently so we could be doggone proud to show her the progress by the next session. Visits from Lisa became the highlight of every week for us and the dogs. By graduation Tucker and Chanel had excelled and passed all of her exit tests. We would gladly recommend Lisa to anyone for anything related to dog training. Also, Lisa offered us valuable information on nutrition, feeding, harness/collar safety, etc. At graduation, Lisa gave our little dogs their choice of a toy as a graduation present!
