We had a roof put over our patio this summer. DDR did an outstanding job! Kevin and Nate were very professional. They always kept us informed on the progress as far as who will be at my house, and when they were going to be here. The staff that did the work were professional and very neat. Once the project was completed, they cleaned up and left my property neat and in good shape. I don't have any complaints at all. I highly recommend them when you decide to have some remodeling work done.
We’d give the overall project an A letter grade regarding the design, the project management, being able to handle an extremely large project, walking the talk of a fixed price from start to finish, quality of the materials, staff and work done, ability to have direct access to all the different skill sets required to complete a project with minimal delays. Plus, they offer a 2-year warranty.
This was a major renovation adding 800 square feet plus helping us update/repair things in other parts of this 50-year-old house that we’d tried to have done for decades So DDR can adequately large-scale projects with lots of moving parts as well as smaller projects.
