Phil and his crew dod an excellent job tearing out and replacing our front porch that had rotted out from dry tot. We had just purchased the home, unbeknownst to us the stairs and porch all had dry rot. Phil was able to rebuild, surface, and finish the porch all without the convenience of any stairs leading up to it- a huge task, but 3 1/2 years later, we still are very pleased with it!
