Pretty good but not great. Maybe it was that the portion was so large, half the plate, that it became cold half way through. Large and tender with good flavor but perhaps a bit too much breading. Nice crunch though yet it fell off as too thick. Either that or maybe the meat was not dipped in an egg first then coated and rested so moisture is absorbed into the breading as to adhere to the thick tenderized steak. They put the gravy under the steak. Wha??? I requested more gravy as my normal is that it's fully covered with gravy. Good gravy BTW. Could of used a bit more pepper. No more salt please and I love salt. The double helping of mash was excellent and fresh as they state. The fried okra was most excellent.
