The process to file a claim was easily outlined online. We did everything virtually and over the phone from start to finish. The volunteer helping us was knowledgeable and answered questions in a timely manner. We highly recommend the foundation to all our veteran friends who need help with their claim. We tried filing on our own and dealing with the VA is a nightmare!
