Have been enjoying fine dining with Chef Gilbert since he opened Cuvee in 2004, but he has outdone himself this time! Such a generous, delicious and elegant meal he made for us for New Year's Eve. To help us celebrate during this difficult time, Cuvee offered a complete dinner for 4 - fully prepared, for us to take-out and heat at home. Oh my goodness! Beef Wellington, lobster bisque, yummy seasoned veggies and bread, and a bottle of sparling wine...plus a dense and creamy chocolate dessert with raspberry sauce. Thank you Gilbert for giving us an unforgettable way to say goodbye to 2020 and hello to 2021. Best wishes for the New Year, stay safe, we will get through this. Looking forward to many more dinners with you. Cheers!
