This gym has listened to the customers they added new machines and free weights. Water filter was changed and the water is tasting way better. Currently at over 1 million water bottles saved. That’s a big impact on the environment for the good. Thanks crunch for listening to the reviews and making the changes and improvements.
Very nice and helpful staff, frequently out of paper towels or disinfectant. Great air conditioning during workout gym equipment needs deep cleaning and so does the floor around the bolts. The parking lot is utterly disgusting with trash does not appear to ever get cleaned. The trash in the parking lot keeps getting thicker and thicker, it’s really starting to look bad in the parking lot. I sent an email to corporate. I was asked if I would like a response. I said yes three weeks ago… No response.
