Most of the time I love Cracker Barrel food and the quality is top notch. Sunday we ordered the southern fried chicken and was very disappointed. The chicken was so greasy it almost made me nauseous and they didn't offer the honey that is advertised. The side salad was good, fresh and crisp and cherry tomatoes were flavorful. Always love the side vegetables especially hash brown casserole and fried okra. I will eat at Cracker Barrel again because I love the breakfasts and roast beef and other choices but I will never order the southern fried chicken again. The grilled or fried chicken tenders are a much better choice.
