Over the Top Professionalism & Customer Service!!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Corvallis Heating & Air! My own personal furnace stopped working at 8:30am yesterday. Cold, it was cold & don’t like cold, at all! ?? As soon as I noticed it, I got on the phone ?? & called Corvallis Heating & Air. They must have been right around the corner because in less than 5 minutes, they had someone at our house. After he looked it over, he spoke with the main office & I was worried & knew that wasn’t a good sign. Sure enough, Cooney came out to consult with Mason & they were quick to figure out that the master board was bad & needed to be replaced. Yikes!! ? ?Time & money!! They were honest, quick, professional & did everything in their power to get the parts & get it fixed! By about 3:00pm today, Mason had replaced the part & the heat was coming in!!
