Cornerstone Nutrition & Diabetes

Went in to an appointment after a type II diabetes diagnoses (before 30!) Left cornerstone with a detailed meal plan and feeling much better about the future. All of my questions were answered patiently and thoroughly. I never felt judged or patronized.

Sarah helped me to better manage my diabetes. Her innovative approach to diabetes management has allowed my A1C to remain below 7. I don't know if I could have done it without Cornerstone Nutrition.
