The technicians were very polite and explained the new thermostat thoroughly. We were very pleased with the installation process. They made sure to clean up any debris from the installation. Got our new system installed quickly and our home is now toasty warm.
On the hottest July 20th day, my A/C unit gave up. I called Comfort Heating & Air at the end of the day, and Mr. Travis spoke to me very friendly and sent a technician within an hour. Mr. Matt was friendly and addressed me nicely. Then he crawled to Attic and repaired it. He is well-versed in the issues. The next day, my second AC unit was also down, and Google Nest indicated the issue. I called the comfort heating office in the morning, and a receptionist took the message. Then, Ms. Emily arranged a repair technician within 2 hours schedule. Both of them spoke to me very politely and professionally. The tech, Mr. Cody, came and figured it out the capacitor issue quickly. He did an outstanding job and was also very polite. I am pleased that both technicians of Comfort Heating did exceptional jobs and am 100% satisfied. The professionalism and friendliness of Comfort Heating is unmatchable.
