We had a CO detector that was beeping. I called in and within 10 minutes the supersized truck arrived. Turns out it was a false alarm due a bad battery. What was impressive to us was how professional and friendly the two men were. They asked if we had working smoke detectors. We didn't, so they replaced two units with brand new ones. Wow! We're so appreciative to the fire department of our fair city.

Called and spoke with the Fire Captain on Duty over the weekend. He was helpful to answer my questions about "if" I needed their help. I did need their help today. They were super helpful. Between the advance info and helping me when I needed them ... 5 stars to all. Thank you for both the service and doing it in a way that allowed me to be more "at ease" during a difficult time.
