House insurance . My agent in Eugene Colleen Davis and her agency have been a wonderful help. They insure my house and are also who I go through for flood insurance. I was trying to get a HELOC from my bank and the flood insurance was the problem. Although I have it they wanted to increase it and my insurance agents said there should be no need they did lots of talking back and forth and negotiating. It was really nice having someone on my side dealing with the bank. The bank was not willing to negotiate which they told me is extremely rare. I don't know all my rights as an insured person but it was nice to know that they were looking out for my best interest. I really appreciate everything that they did for me the past few weeks and for the past few years that I have been insured with them. I'm definitely happy with American family.
