Clean Pros was fantastic. I was able to book online with confirmations and reminders sent via text. Taylor was at my door on time and was professional and efficient in getting everything done. He gave us advice on maintaining the cleaning and even told us we didn’t need to clean as often as we had planned. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely use Clean Pros again.
After an overnight storm I woke up to some minor flooding in my living room. It was easy enough to clean up with towels but the floor vent in front of the door was filled with water. I called one service and was quoted $500 for the first hour and $250/hour thereafter. I opted to call around to other services and found one that sounded more reasonable. Unfortunately, due to another very large job, that company could not make it, but they asked Clean Pros to step in for them. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. Taylor was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was on time and even though it was after hours, he didn't charge me an arm and a leg. From now on I'll be using Clean Pros whenever it floods. Probably sooner. I understand they also clean carpets and upholstery, too. Thanks, Taylor!
