Class Act made planning a large holiday party for 300 people very smooth and easy. We decided to change up location and many other aspects of the party, thanks to their expertise the event was a success. We received a lot of compliments from our guests. They did all the leg work for us preparing for and during the party so we were able to relax and enjoy the event ourselves. Thank you!!!!

Everyone here at the Mid-Willamette Family YMCA found Susan and Dawn were amazing to work with. As first-time-outdoor-event organizers, our initial meeting with Susan was eye opening. She brought up many things that we hadn't thought of, and offered insight as to ways we could address the problems. Dawn was amazing the day of the event, keeping the stage running smoothly, and keeping our staff free to deal with other problems as they came up. We had about two months to plan the entire event, and without their help, I don't know if we would have managed to have the successfully run event we did. From the first meeting, to consistent communication, to the final review of the event, the staff was extremely helpful, organized, and professional. We will definitely be working with Class Act again for future events.
