This branch has the best customer service. Since day 1 I have been treated with respect and have always been remembered and the staff always call me by name without seeing my information. I love how they always greet their customer and individualize each of us. Chris, Ashely, and Kelly take care of you and always going above and beyond.

I go out of my way to come to the Norman location. Ashley, She’lea and Kelly are always so friendly and helpful. They treat you like family and I love that! You ladies are amazing!
Ashley assisted me in opening an account. She was so very helpful, kind, and considerate. She truly went above and beyond with true love in her heart. Thank you City National Bank!
