I absolutely love this place. Food hits all the points. I love the chips, so thin and delicious. And the creamy garlic sauce, wow. Fajitas are fabulous. Everything was made fresh.

Chuys has always been one of my family's favorite restaurants. Usually, the atmosphere is welcoming, the food is flavorful, and the service is awe-inspiring. Unfortunately, on this visit, there were a few lacking features. Firstly, the hostess was having to run around to try and check tables, greet incoming guests, and seat guests. All by herself. She kept having to apologize for incorrect wait times, and many parties were upset. After we were seated, the server was prompt and kind. Looking around, there were many atmospheric catastrophes. There was a broom and dustpan lying on the ground in the middle of the dining room. There were two broken tables near the broom and dustpan. Other staff passed by these on many instances and did nothing about it. The food was still amazing, but it has lost a lot of the 'punch' of flavor I was expecting. Overall, I would still recommend going.
