Amber took the time to answer all our questions and explained what would happen at each step of the loan process. If we didn't understand/retain something Amber was there with the answers and was so patient with us when we asked the same questions multiple times. Her grasp of the industry is exceptional, but she also knows how to translate information for the lay person, which is not a common skill and something that we so appreciated.
