If you need a home or commercial property inspected, this is a great company to go with! They came recommended through a well known showing agent in the Lexington area. They did a very thorough inspection for a family member. Then they just inspected a commercial property for me, and it went great! I will definitely be recommending them to others!

CHC did a thorough job of inspecting a proposed buy. The report was detailed and easy to understand. The inspector called and went over all of the issues as well. He was so very nice and encouraged me to call him if I had any questions later. I highly recommend this company if an inspection is ever needed.
