Love that you can do almost everything at their advanced ATM’s but they still have employees in the lobby to greet you and help you if needed. Then if you have a more complex transaction they can help you do that at the transaction window. Because of the separation and efficiency there is almost never a line! This just makes sense for banking now a days! Plus the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Great banking hours, never had to wait long for a deposit, always treated great and yes they have after hour ATMs!

Fantastic! Extremely efficient, pleasant and professional. I had never been to this branch but arrived with multiple needs - all of which addressed in minutes!! Their notary quickly notarized a document I brought in. While getting the document notarized another staff member asked if she could help with my other transactions. Which she did so I was done as soon as I signed the notary book. Had been dealing with both Wells Fargo branches in Bend. The incompetence was mind blowing. SOOO glad I am with Chase so I can use this bank every time!
