Catherine Rowe Real Estate Team

It was a pleasure to work with the Rowe team. Graham, Claire, and Bella were organized helpful and supportive throughout the process. Their pictures were professional and they went above and beyond throughout the selling process. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a top notch realtor.

Amazing team! My mom and I were looking for an investment property / vacation rental in Ashland. We had no idea where to start. We were beyond thrilled when we met Claire and Graham with the Rowe Team! Not only did they help us find the perfect property - but they were knowledgeable about all zoning laws, permits, etc. They helped connect us with local contractors that they trusted to have work done on the property. They also made us an amazing, comprehensive spreadsheet showing us the potential returns on our investment. Not only are they amazing realtors, but they are amazing humans too! We thoroughly enjoyed working with them and highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property in Southern Oregon.

This is the fifth home I've purchased and without a doubt, Catherine Rowe and her team are among the best real estate agents I've encountered. Very professional, engaging, friendly, with a wonderful sense of humor, and they just "get it" on all levels. She is very detailed oriented and is extremely diligent with follow up. Communication was superlative. She negotiated with the seller's agent with honesty, grace, diplomacy and always kept our interests first. As we were out of state buyers our visits were pretty packed timewise and her team was there whenever we needed them. She went above and beyond in being with me in the house to have the cable installed (it was a new construction home), and at the same time meet with window coverings consultants. Bottom line-if you are looking for a real estate agent in southern Oregon I highly recommend Catherine Rowe and team. Choosing her team will be a decision you will be happy you made.
