Personable people answers phone and answers questions . She went onto to floor to look for item I was inquiring about even though it was not a big sale...just a bottle of cleaner. Arrived and another nice, personable lady helped me. I do not know first hand about thier floor installing or (maybe I do since I mop one every two weeks ), but the lady I work for is completely happy with hers and would recommend them.

Great service and great selection. Very glad I went with them for my flooring needs.
