Despite Chris being overwhelmingly busy, his communication was always prompt, listened to all of our ideas, had some extremely valuable input, and demonstrated a thorough understanding of the construction process. We worked with Chris and Crystal for our home renovation project. Chris is a true professional. Always kept us updated as we working through the permit process with City. They even had to revise our floorplans and Chris was able to make everything work seamlessly. He went above and beyond to get everything squared away. Highly recommend Calculated Designs, LLC.
