Please let the receptionists know that I appreciate the professional and courteous manner in which they pick up my calls. I've been running on a dramatically increased case load the last 3 months. Business Connections make a difference and makes me look good. Recently the company that maintains my office equipment commented about the GREAT receptionists I have.
