Bud's Pub & Grill

I stopped by here on one of my first visits to Dixon. I really was craving biscuits and gravy. I love these types of restaurants wherever I go in California, so I suppose my rating is a bit biased. It took me a minute to get seated, as it was busy, and there's a bar connected to the dining room. The food was very classic, everything was cooked well, biscuits were not too dry or the gravy too runny, which is something to watch out for!! Overall a very good experience, and I would recommend it to locals and travellers alike.

All of the staff were very kind, the food was also great. Everyone was able to get something they liked. Our son was absolutely in love with his food, we will definitely go back!

Great little neighborhood bar. We stopped in after the high-school graduation. Service was great, cold beer, and a super bourbon selection. Fried zucchini was tasty. 5 stars from me. Well done Bud.
