Our first salesperson was not interested in helping us when we started asking questions. It's okay, we preferred the 2nd one! Our next salesperson, Karen was great! She answered all of our questions, even the difficult ones. She didn't mind at all when we changed our mind. She was great all the way through to the finish. Our sectional will be delivered in a couple days. I'll update afterwards.
