BPF is a “CrossFit style” gym that’s a great entry gym for beginners and intense enough for serious athletes. The vibe is casual and supportive. No need to have expensive workout gear or gym anxiety.
No fancy (or any) locker rooms, no tanning beds, no juice bars, no drill sergeant coaches. However show up 3-4 times a week and I promise, I PROMISE, you will have noticeable results in a month.

I started at Blueprint Fitness gym one month ago and I must say it's EXACTLY what I've been looking for AND MORE in a gym to help me reach my own personal fitness goals!
