Couldn’T Be Happier

I really don't have enough good things to say about these guys. The work they do is fantastic. The exterior of the house looks amazing. That's a given. What I was really impressed with, though was the level of service that everyone at Bluenote provided, from the top down. I emailed them (note to contractors: ANSWER YOUR EMAIL) and the owner was at my house for a consult the next day. I had a quote that night and was on their schedule the next day. All the other painting companies I hired took at least a week to get back to me.
From there, the whole process so incredibly easy and painless. The owner was so accommodating with our schedule needs and the back and forth we had to go through with our HOA. We’d never had to do this before, but everyone at Bluenote did a great job of explaining everything, answering our many questions and accommodating our special requests.
The team that performed the work should also be commended as well. Not only did they do beautiful work, but they were very friendly to me, my wife and my kids. They really went above and beyond for all the work that they did and the little details that I asked for. They fixed little things that we hadn’t even noticed and kept everything immaculately clean. They were fast, professional and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work.
They offer a warranty on their work and use paint that has a substantial warranty as well. And more than once said that if anything goes wrong, they'll come out and fix it. I've recommended them to numerous neighbors friends and anyone who will listen. And if I can get $50 for everybody that comes through me, great.
We used them to paint the exterior of our house, but if you need any sort of painting done, I just don't think you can go wrong with these guys. I can't recommend them enough.
