Communication, sharing of ideas and openness really stood out to me during the pre-event planning process with BleuBite. Food presentation was absolutely above and beyond- BleuBite brings décor to fit your look and it was seamless. Everything was so beautifully presented and the food itself was delicious. Everyone's dietary restrictions were considered and the meal was uncompromised due to the omissions/replacements necessary. The on- site staff was an absolute dream to work with- they were sweet, kind, courteous, attentive and polite. My advice to brides- PAY FOR THE POST EVENT CLEAN UP! You and your family/friends can focus on enjoying the night and that's it! *Photos provided were taken by Lindsy Cheney Photography. *Bleu Bite did not make the pies shown, however they were very gracious and happy to cut and serve for us.

Bleu Bite Catering made the most amazing food! All of our guests enjoyed the appetizers. The napkin displays were beautiful and everyone loved the atmosphere they helped create!

From tasting to event, wow did Bleu Bite impress us. The wedding was a hit and the guests raved about the food. The staff that were present at the event, I cannot say enough amazing things about how wonderful they were. Thank you so much for helping us make my son and new daughter's wedding special.
