Communication, sharing of ideas and openness really stood out to me during the pre-event planning process with BleuBite. Food presentation was absolutely above and beyond- BleuBite brings décor to fit your look and it was seamless. Everything was so beautifully presented and the food itself was delicious. Everyone's dietary restrictions were considered and the meal was uncompromised due to the omissions/replacements necessary. The on- site staff was an absolute dream to work with- they were sweet, kind, courteous, attentive and polite. My advice to brides- PAY FOR THE POST EVENT CLEAN UP!
