I contacted the Lowry Lane location with a situation that required someone at Big O Tires to actually care about my situation. I basically had 48 hrs to get new front struts and rear shocks as well as 4 new tires installed. Luckily for me, Dustin answered the phone when I called. His attention was immediately focused on what I needed done. I had to be back in Virginia by Sunday. Dustin not only listened to my problem but got on the phone to get the parts, then stayed in touch with me, keeping me up to date on the progress. The front struts were our biggest concern because they had to be built. Dustin got the struts assembled in Georgetown and got them back to Lexington quickly and I had my car back in my possession by the end of the day. This young man saved the day and I won’t forget it. What a great asset to the company he works for! I have to give him high praise for treating me like I was his only customer. Smiling and kind through the whole experience, Dustin made a huge problem for me, resolved in one day. Thank you Dustin! And thank you Big O Tires for hiring such a good person to act on their behalf.
