BeSure1st Inspections, Inc.

Will was superb on our new (to us) home inspection! Super detailed, great quality report, and was willing to help out in any ways possible to further inspect the house. He gives a clear and straight forward report with a highlight summary of the key findings along with recommendations on how to maintain stuff around the house. I would recommend him 10/10!

Will does a very thorough inspection employing all sorts of toys like drones and robots. He is super responsive and communicates very well. Report was available within 24 hours. I will use him for all of my area real estate inspections.

Will is knowledgeable and helpful. We worked with him for a new construction home and never felt rushed. He did a thorough inspection and took a lot of time going over all of the systems and appliances, making sure we understood an overview of how things work and gave a lot of advice for taking good care of the home to minimize issues later. I will definitely recommend Will to friends and family if they need a home inspector.
