Brian has been patient and very helpful in assisting me with new devices and technology. He always responds quickly to phone or e-mail requests for service and/or quick questions. He even makes house calls! I highly recommend BESTECH.
Over the last year Brian has helped me so much. After I had DIRECTV disconnected, he set up a new 50" ROKU tv. He has also upgraded my modem and has cleaned up my laptop a couple times when it was blocked by malware and a fraudulent email. I don't know what I would do without Brian to keep me up to date and out of trouble.
