I’ll be honest, I was dragging my feet about coming here tonight. I had a pretty rough experience at this place years ago and swore I wouldn’t come back, but I got outvoted by the group. We showed up this Thursday night with a massive party of about 15 people out on the patio—which is usually a recipe for disaster service-wise. But t
They brought me Kraft mac n chese when I asked for a side of mac... I could've purchased 5+ boxes for that price ?
So glad we stopped by! They serve sweet rolls and butter while we wait. My burger was juicy and flavorful, toppings were in perfect amounts. My wife got her grilled chicken sandwich plain with cheese, and it was the best sandwich we have ever tasted. Ribs were melting in my mouth. Do ask for extra sauce on the side. The waitress let
The food ia always been good every time I have gone here. There steaks are very good and very well priced for what you get.
Prime rib was just OK. The sautéed mushrooms were from a can, ick! We were 4 at the table, none of us were happy with their food. One of us even got someone else's burger, and they only comped $2. Will never go back!
An impressively deep menu of solid comfort food. Club and tri tip sandwiches are delightful. I also highly recommend the chowder - it gives coastal towns something to aspire to. Also, they have two fireplaces you can sit next to for extra warmth and a great ambiance.
We eat here a few times a year and it never disappoints. I won't say it is great, but it is always good.
Food was good, but the service was excellent. Aaron was attentive without hovering. He made good suggestions and kept our glasses full. There are other places in town to go for steaks and salads, but the service was so good from Aaron, we'll go back to Roadhouse again.
BBQ ribs were fine but by no means world class. The fact that I was alone and that I had a special kind of hangover when I visited probably didn't improve my outlook. Nevertheless, four stars is an apt summation.
They have the best tri tip
We recently began eating here and have come back because of our waiter Aaron. We have twin toddlers and he is super sweet with them and checks back often. The food is flavorful and plentiful ! We will be back !
I remembered why I quit going there. Food came out very cold. I would have asked to send back but the staff seemed a bit unpleasant and I didn't want a conflict. Steak was Dollar Store quality. Nowhere near what they're charging. Parking is awful. The only thing good are the rolls.
Masher Bites. $24.99 very very good Def worth it. Pieces of meat, with delicious mushrooms, ontop of mashed potatoes, with a delicious gravy sauce. It's better then the 6oz steak on the menu
Went in, sat at the bar. Had a great dirty martini. Had a good burger. Service was perfect.
We came here to celebrate our grandson's birthday, with a group of 8. The service was great, the food was delicious and the portions were very generous. It's a a perfect place for a casual group dinner.
The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend and go again.
Best ribs in Salem?!! Also, the fresh bread with honey ? butter is to die for.
Great service, delicious food, we had the tri-tip, garlic mashed potatoes, red wine and a beer. Celebrated our 34th Wedding Anniversary!
My boyfriend and I have always loved coming here but recently it has not been so great. Last time we went out for dinner my 21st birthday the waiter dropped water on me and didn’t offer me anything, he just apologized and that was it. This time while we were paying their machine was not working (tap to pay) and my sister had to pay f

“The staff has always treated us well, and it's always a wonderful time going there for a family get-together or even an office party and playing some minigolf afterwards”
