Their customer service is really good, but the food quality is just not there. For the first time in my life I had to send a dish back because it was not edible. The manager did comp the food and was apologetic about the experience.
First time going and I cannot wait to go back! Went with a group of coworkers and they got our hot foods out in 10-15min. Our server had great customer service skills and was very attentive! Their rolls and honey butter is to die for. I also cannot wait to go back for the jalapeño cream cheese stuffed egg rolls!
Food was good, little pricey
Best restaurant we have eaten at in Salem Oregon. Service was great. Food really good!
I write this with my heart broken, I truly cannot express the feeling of loss and anger that is within me. As of July 24th my sweet beautiful lovely dog Chowder has now passed do to a stomach infection caused by this Best Little Roadhouse food. All I wanted to do was spread the joy and flavor of a Roadhouse Butter roll with my fur fr
They more than earn their name. The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly!
The food was unremarkable in everyway, lackluster at best and plated like the cook hated their job. The waitresses were probably the only reason I didn't complain further as they were absolutely phenomenal. We were given $20 certificates because we were unhappy with our food, our bill was almost $100. We don't even want to come back
Nice variety of menu, acceptable service, and fun atmosphere.
Food is great, fries are great, even the golf game are great. I'm trying out more next time.
The food was delicious with good sized portions. The outside seating where we sat was awesome. I could watch the mini golf being played, but more importantly the fountain is huge and it felt like I was sitting next to a fast moving river. The staff are very nice, quick and friendly. I highly recommend them.
Never had a bad meal, and they treat us well everytime we go in.
We Wanted to go out and have a nice steak for dinner. It's not often We have time to do that, so we chose to dine in your restaurant. The food was excellent, cooked exactly how we wanted it. It was great Overall food. However, the service was less than acceptable. The hostess was chewing gum the entire time, very unprofessional. She
The food was good what service was good... Another go I'll have to give
Festive environment, great food and exceptional service!
My wife and I have been here on multiple occasions and have had no issues. However, the last server we had really left a sour taste in our mouths. She was very inattentive to us and took FOREVER getting us our salads and never once refilled our bread. After we got our salads, my wife joked that our entrees will come out after we tak
Best Birthday Weekend Ever! The ribeye was made to perfection! The service was top knotch.
Great food, great value, would definitely recommend.
After an hour and half of waiting for our food, my step dad's order was the incorrect steak type painfully overcooked with the wrong sides, My order was also overcooked with cold sides and my sister had a hair in her chicken strips. The french fries were mushy and super over-salted. They only got my mother's prime rib correct but the
Great food, attentive staff, indoor and outdoor seating available and easy wheelchair access.
We were on our way home from the beach to Bend and wanted to get some dinner. We were traveling with 3 children. We were seated immediately. Server had water delivered quickly. The children's menu was complete with choices each of the children liked. Order was taken and delivered quickly. The Roadhouse salad is delicious. Everyone go
