Server and bartender were great but the host seemed lost. Had a large group but they don't take reservations. We sat in the outdoor covered area and towards the end there were bees everywhere and even a little mouse made an appearance.
We’ve been there twice since hearing about it a month ago and the food has been delicious each time. A special thanks to Gary. His customer service is amazing and personable.

Had a company dinner here. Had a 15 people. The service was excellent, everyone was so friendly and the waitress was great ! Highly recommend! Oh and they have mini golf as well .
Haven't been here since we moved from Salem. Food is still good, service excellent. Grandkids, daughter and wife all had lunch. Kids were happy with chicken strips.

The staff are great. If you get outside seating the waterfall can be a bit loud if you having a conversation, especially if your close to it. The food can be hit or miss for me, it just seems flavorless at times. You can't get a reservation here ether, so if you have a large group maybe send one person to start the wait time.

Roadhouse has always been a corner favorite here in Salem. The food is good at standard and follows customer requests. I have always enjoyed it. Though it's been unchanged for years and I haven't noticed any ways they have elevated their food.
Their customer service is really good, but the food quality is just not there. For the first time in my life I had to send a dish back because it was not edible. The manager did comp the food and was apologetic about the experience.
First time going and I cannot wait to go back! Went with a group of coworkers and they got our hot foods out in 10-15min. Our server had great customer service skills and was very attentive! Their rolls and honey butter is to die for. I also cannot wait to go back for the jalapeño cream cheese stuffed egg rolls!

The food was unremarkable in everyway, lackluster at best and plated like the cook hated their job. The waitresses were probably the only reason I didn't complain further as they were absolutely phenomenal. We were given $20 certificates because we were unhappy with our food, our bill was almost $100. We don't even want to come back

Food is great, fries are great, even the golf game are great. I'm trying out more next time.
The food was delicious with good sized portions. The outside seating where we sat was awesome. I could watch the mini golf being played, but more importantly the fountain is huge and it felt like I was sitting next to a fast moving river. The staff are very nice, quick and friendly. I highly recommend them.
Never had a bad meal, and they treat us well everytime we go in.
