Bernier's Vacuum & Stoves

Brought in non-working motor from older whole house vac. Ray was able to source and install new motor and chip board. Vac works like new! Pleasure to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. Fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone.

Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Thank you Bernier's. You can buy a vacuum online or at a big box store, but you'll never get the service.. I try to support local businesses as much as I can. Im grateful that I do. The service I have received from Bernier's is top notch. Buying a vacuum is a long term relationship! Requires service, repairs, etc. He saves you where he can and has a wealth of knowledge to share with you. Always pleasant and I typically leave laughing. A great small Maine business. After talking with Mr. Bernier on the phone I stopped into his shop to order pellets for our new pellet stove. He was very informative and knew what he was talking about! Quick painless process and the price couldn't be beat! We paid far less than if we had gone with a larger distributor and we got a better quality product. We were able to have them delivered for a small fee(which is contracted to another person-who was also friendly and prompt!) All in all- very satisfied!
