Fantastic company and high quality service! Our A/C unit died right as the hot weather rolled in, of course. The tech, Joe, came out a few days later and confirmed that our unit had outlived its lifespan and should be replaced. Tyler was out that same day and ran through our options. He was not pushy and I felt comfortable trusting his explanations and recommendations. We had to wait a few weeks before the install could happen which was understandable since this is the busy season. So fast forward to today when our wonderful technicians, Nick and Spencer, arrived and got straight to work. They walked us through everything they were doing and were very careful with their work. They were professional and respectful and did an amazing job. The install took about 7.5 hours to install a new A/C and furnace along with a thermostat. The whole experience was great. Highly recommend this company.
