Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

Eric – The person I spoke with on the phone – Did an excellent job. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. He said he would call if someone canceled. Someone did, and he called, moving the appointment up by nearly 2 hours. Michael Jason, My Plumber, arrived earlier than anticipated. He got to work immediately. He asked me a few questions to help him determine where the leak was near my water meter. He gave me an estimate, which was identical to the final price. He was patient with my questions. Michael was also informative about the pipe material and explained what he planned to do to fix the pipe. I appreciated his work ethic and his demeanor. If I ever have another plumbing problem, I would feel very confident that Michael could fix it. Thank you for your plumbing services today. Your Customer Service was exceptional.

I was in need of a same day plumber and they were able to send someone over within a few hours of my phone call on a Saturday. The Plumber they sent over, Ben, was super kind, helpful, and informative. And very patient with my questions. I couldn’t have asked for better service and highly recommend!

Very professional. Diagnosed and fixed an unusual clog - test ball left in drain line during construction. Provided pix and video so we can go back to builder. Very happy with their work.
