I have been going to Benchmark for over a month working on hip and neck stability and trying needling to assist in those areas as well as to help with migraines. Logan has been wonderful and I can notice a difference in my mobility and a reduction in my migraines. He checks in at every appointment to know where we need to focus treatment for that session. He checks in throughout the session as well. The office is very welcoming and Peggy is wonderful, thoughtful, and so caring. I feel like I get whole person care at this location and will (and have) recommend this location to everyone.
