Quick greeting when entering. Mom was there for cleaning. They took her aids, cleaned them, changed the batteries and made sure everything was correct before we left. Maybe there 15 minutes. Great service!

How to explain the feeling of joy to walk into the room after my 85 year old dad had finished his hearing test, and see him sitting calmly, while having a “normal” conversation with Kerri ? After she had adjusted his aids to suit his needs..? Thank You 🙏 for giving my war hero of a father back his social life. I’ve watched him suffer in silence for the past 3 years, because he had simply given up communicating over the frustrations of repeatedly asking “what did you say?” Thank You 🙏
