Baughman Property Management, LLC

I lived in a Baughman property for 2.5 years and they always went above and beyond to take care of the property, and accommodate maintenance or updates with my busy college schedule. I highly recommend living at a Baughman property, they care about their tenants and you are not just another number. Kim and Paula knew not only my name, but my dogs name too. I felt safe with Baughman.

I lived in a Baughman Property for two years, and we had a great experience. The landlord and property manager are both very responsive, communicative, and highly professional.

I have been working with Baughman Properties for 6 months now and they are so professional and fun to work with. Kim really cares about her tenants and is a hands on owner that takes care of her properties. Its been exciting watching her renovate and renew a landmark property in downtown Lexington. I recommend her property management company to my family and friends.
