Basement Improvements, LLC

We've used Basement Improvements, LLC for 2 projects and would recommend them to others. Vicki in the office is very helpful in getting questions answered quickly and communicating about quotes, schedule plans, and payment. We appreciate that job quotes are detailed by line items, so it's clear what is being done and for how much. The jobs were done by knowledgeable, trustworthy people who know this industry well. Don't hesitate if you are considering using this company. Get multiple quotes to compare others, and you won't be disappointed.

Basement Improvements showed up and helped me decide what would be necessary to keep my basement dry. The appointment was booked out a bit but the installer showed up on time and installed a new sum pump pit and pump. Area was left clean. I had to have an electrician come in after to install a dedicated outlet. It was a stress free experience.

We used Basement Improvements, LLC for a full foundation inspection on a house under contract. Vicki was very responsive and set up our appointment in a timely manner. Cory conducted the inspection and was extremely knowledgable and thorough. We had a great overall experience with Basement Improvements and would highly recommend their services.
