If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We had over $8,000 withdrawn out of our company account over the weekend unexpectedly with no signs of ever getting it back. I was in sheer panic mode freaking out about this, and I called Matthew Robertson on a Saturday afternoon and he answered and assured me of as much as he could on a Saturday, and told me he would talk to Laura who specializes in these issues Monday morning. They called me at 9 AM and walked me through everything. The next day we had the funds back in our account. Ive NEVER had this kind of service, personalization, and care at ANY business ever, let alone a bank. If you don't go to Bank Of The Bluegrass, you're banking at the wrong bank.
