I have been with Robin for over 10 yrs now and I cant say enough about her brilliance, and how smart and funny she is. The wealth of knowledge she has in this insurance industry is amazing.I was in the market place before and it was very confusing concerning hospital plans, it was extremely frustrating for them to not be knowledgeable and helpful. Robin takes it to another level, and me being a business owner in the steel manufacturing industry leaves me with very little time to spend with people that have a lack of knowledge, so it is very easy interacting with her

I first learned about Robin many years ago when someone gave me her name when I needed to get my own insurance. I had no clue how to navigate any of that and she was a godsend - going above and beyond helpful, as well as being patient and down-to-earth. She's helped me every year since helping me pick the best plan for my needs, completely taking the stress out of it. When I've needed to make changes during the year, she makes that a breeze too. She's so fun and easy to talk to, I actually look forward to insurance renewal!
