Jim of Automotive Resource Management is a godsent. When I came to Jim with my car, I was fearful that as a single female, I would be taken advantage of and price gouged by a mechanic. However, my experience with Jim has been the exact opposite. He was open, honest, and kept great communication with me about my vehicle. He made suggestions and was full of integrity. His customer service was superb, and I can tell that he is a stand up man. He has singlehandedly turned my financial nightmare into the repair of my dreams. I am so grateful that I have met Jim and his staff at the shop, and I wholeheartedly recommend his shop.
